Yoga Connections started off 14 years ago with the philosophy that yoga should be made affordable and accessible to people from all walks of life. We have relocated over the years but our mission to provide affordable yoga to people from all walks of life remains unchanged.
With this belief, we have managed to extend our reach of yoga to over 10.000 students over the years and we have faith in reaching out to many more. We organize corporate yoga retreat as per request.
We currently conduct classes at 2 locations:
1. Mangala Vihara Buddhist Temple
2. Studio@Kembangan Plaza
Together we hope to spread our love of yoga and offer a lifestyle program for all to participate in.

Why do you think this is?
We’re feeling the need to take care of ourselves.
We’re a fast-paced society and sometimes cut corners to accomplish what we want.
We see this with the growing prevalence of food allergies, which may be a result of how the food is grown and produced.
There are also more undiagnosable neuromuscular conditions, which may be a result of stress.
Our physical bodies are asking us to slow down and we’re finally listening to it through Yoga practice
